Ancora, Defined by Design
The Details That Define the Vessel
Every element of ANCORA has been carefully considered, from design and layout to performance and capability. The specifications below offer a closer look at the details that shape life aboard.
Design & Build Story
A collaborative vision. ANCORA is a Virtus 47, launched in 2023 by Mengi Yay. Exterior lines by VYD Studio are sculpted for timeless proportion; naval architecture is by Ginton Naval Architects. Interiors by Robert Trown & Associates favor pale oak, linen textures and warm bronze accents - a palette designed to let the sea be the hero.
Construction & Materials
Steel hull, aluminium superstructure, high-grade marine finishings and a considered use of natural materials deliver both structural strength and refined comfort.
Sustainability & Tech
ANCORA is fitted with modern fuel-efficient engines, optimized hull lines and energy management systems. Waste and water systems meet RINA standards; the crew adheres to sustainable provisioning practices where possible.
